MAKING A PURCHASE
|Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, email or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will rectify the mistake.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Terms of delivery: CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid)
The total cost of your order will include the price of goods chosen with a shipping cost displayed (or agreed under special circumstances) at the time of order. Please note that the minimum order that will be shipped is 200€.
In case of an item not in stock, we have to order it from our supplier which could sometimes take up to 5-10 days.
Goods will be shipped by the local post office using 1st class post or by DHL.
For all International Shipment, we use DHL that ensures us to keep track of the items shipped.
Delivery times are calculated in working days i.e. Monday to Friday. We aim to deliver within one working day, as long as orders are placed before 14:00 CET +2. This is almost always the case, however we do ask that you allow three working days during busy periods such as sales, bank holidays and seasonal holidays. Remember we will not charge you till the shipment is ready to leave i.e, you will be charged only on the day of shipment.
In case of a parcel lost in shipment, we will log the complaint with the shipping vendor. Any claims of refund or replacement will only be dealt with after the shipping vendor has resolved the complaint. This can take up to 90 days.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
|All our goods are inspected and have passed the quality test, therefore are of the highest quality. All our goods are covered by warranty as mentioned on our website. However, our flex cables do not have any warranty.
|Your privacy and security is very important to us. Our website software and our selected payment processors use the latest SSL encryption technology and in addition are fully PCI compliant.
We will not pass on any details we hold on customers or website visitors to any third parties. We protect the privacy of this personal information.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.
When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, e-mail address and contact number.
Credit and debit card details are processed by a third party payment provider, to protect you as fully as possible this information is not stored on our website in any form.
By opening an account with us you agree to have your information stored on our servers.
We also reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order. You can check the information that we hold by sending us an email.
If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely. We do, however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of preventing crime.
We may use the e-mail addresses submitted to us to notify you occasionally about important functionality changes to the website, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
We will give you the right to refuse any marketing material from us in the future.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a 'cookie', which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.

For returns you need to fill our RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) form. You can download it using the link below.

We will reply within 24 hours and send you detailed instructions as to what you need to do next.
Please do not send any products back until you get a reply from our end.
Returns Policies Procedure:
In case you received physically damaged products (cracked glass / LCD, damaged flexes) you have to submit RMA claim within 3 working days. Otherwise we have the right not to accept returns.
Returns are only accepted when they have been included to the RMA form and then approved by our Returns department.
Warranty period is six months.
We have the right not to accept products which are damaged by the customer (cracks, chips, deep scratches, flex damage, bent frames etc).
We have the right not to accept returns if faults are caused by end-user.
We have the right not to accept returns if we can not verify the fault which is reported by the customer.
The product must be in the original packaging.
Returns will be processed within 14 working days.
If returned goods are fully functional with no damage and can be resold, then a credit note will be made that can be redeemed with the next purchase.
